Girls Leading Others Wisely -The GLOW program was created to give every girl an opportunity to be strong, confident and healthy. Get inspired to be happy and healthy, become a positive leader and have fun meeting new friends!
THIS FALL 8-WEEK PROGRAM IS DIRECTED TOWARDS GIRLS AGED 11 – 13 (GRADES 6 – 8)
GLOW programs are designed for exciting personal development and self-confidence building opportunities. In this fall program, girls will participate in a GLOW circle discussion of topics including positive self-talk, friendship and goal setting. Each day includes mentorship, group discussion and interactive activities, and encourages tweens to embrace leadership and community.
Each session will end with a variety of fun, physical fitness activities, both indoor and outdoor, with a different one to try every week!
Healthy snacks will be provided, along with a personal workbook to take home at the end of the program.
Come ready to meet new friends, learn more about yourself, learn tools to help overcome difficult situations and have some FUN!
MONDAYS FROM 4:00 – 5:45 pm beginning September 24th and ending November 26th
NO CLASS ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 8TH (THANKSGIVING) or NOVEMBER 12TH (REMEMBRANCE DAY)
