What most people are unaware of is that repetitive patterns and experiences of any kinds of stress and anxiety are actually unconsciously trying to serve you in some positive way. Yes you heard right!!!

It’s an unconscious strategy you learned, most likely in your growing up / childhood years, that gave you the ability to cope with, escape from, or get out of situations that did not feel safe with, felt unpleasant or was beyond your control.

Examples of how your body’s stress and anxiety may be trying to positively serve you:

  • Trying to keep you safe
  • Making sure you are prepared for the worst.
  • Making sure you are alert to any perceived dangers.
  • Preventing you from doing something that may have a negative outcome similar to some past negative experiences.
  • Making you feel alive, energized, alert and important.
  • Giving you attention you really DO deserve, that you unconsciously don’t think you can get in any other better way.

 

During this workshop you will :

  • Understand, learn and enjoy a safe, respectful, non-judgmental process to identify the positive benefits that the stress and anxiousness you experience may be trying to give you.
  • Learn new healthier, happier, easier ways to get the same results!!

 

The session will begin with group discussion to share your experiences and gain support from the tribe of amazing women around you, who are experiencing similar feelings.  You’ll feel supported, appreciated and understood in a safe environment to begin your journey.

 

Then, Patty Bojczuk will provide you with amazing, not commonly known insight into why you feel the way you do and why it effects your heart, mind, body and soul the way it does.

 

Patty will then guide you in a beautiful guided meditation to experience what its like to feel relaxed safe and confident no matter where you are, what you are doing, or who is around you; bringing this ability into practice in your everyday waking life!

 

After your session, you will be gifted with a recording of the session, so you can use it as a tool to in the future to help you nurture and maintain your new healthy, positive mindset!

“Patty is a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Counselor and Meditation Teacher. Patty has a private practice in Maple Ridge and has been assisting her clients for over 15 years,to make and sustain any positive life changes they choose!”
