Come and join us to learn how to find that sweet, divine, deep and restful sleep you’ve been missing in your life!

In this amazing 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll help you discover:

  • What to do in your bedroom to create a calm, restful environment for the best sleep EVER!
  • Easy, simple mental and physical rituals to incorporate to help you prepare for sleep
  • What foods you should and should not eat before bedtime
  • How to get back to sleep should you wake up – stop struggling for hours trying to get back!

 

Next, learn from essential oil expert Krystina Long how oils have been used for thousands of years for their calming and soothing properties that can help to relax the body and mind leading to more restful sleep. We will explore oily techniques and tips and tricks to help you in your new bedtime routine.

 

 

Then you will have have some fun creating 2 of your own, custom sleep-inducing aids to take home with you:

  • Essential oil linen spray
  • Essential oil roller
